Since the beginning, we have built a steadily growing portfolio thanks to the trust of owners who want to make the most of their investment without carrying the full operational load this business demands.

What does Destination SV do?
We manage short-term and vacation rental properties. We handle the digital strategy, listing creation or optimization, pricing, bookings, guest communication, reporting and, depending on the package, cleaning and maintenance.
What kind of properties do you manage?
We work with apartments, houses, villas, and vacation properties in the city, on the beach, by the lake, and in the mountains. Before presenting a proposal, we evaluate each property's location, condition, capacity, and potential.
Can you manage a property that already has an active listing?
Yes. We can evaluate an existing listing, identify opportunities for improvement, and take over its management with the corresponding access and authorizations. The profile and the property continue to belong to the owner.
How does Destination SV charge for its services?
Our services are based on a commission of the revenue generated by the property. The specific proposal depends on the package, location, and operational needs, and is presented after the evaluation.
Does Destination SV receive the money from my bookings?
No. The platform sends income directly to the owner. Destination SV charges its commission weekly or monthly and issues the corresponding invoice or tax document, as applicable.
Will I keep access and control over my listing?
Yes. The owner keeps access and visibility over the listing, the bookings, and the calendar. The profile remains yours even if you decide to stop using our services.
Can I use my property whenever I want?
Yes. The owner can request blocking dates for personal use, as long as those dates do not have a confirmed booking.
How do you set the nightly price?
We use dynamic pricing tools and operational judgment. We analyze demand, season, day of the week, events, booking lead time, length of stay, occupancy, booking pace, historical performance, and comparable prices.
What happens if a guest causes damage or breaks the rules?
We document the case and manage the claim with the platform, presenting messages, photos, invoices, and other available evidence. Final approval depends on the platform's policies and resolution.
