How much does Airbnb management cost in El Salvador?
If you are thinking about putting your property on Airbnb in El Salvador, the first question is usually the same: what does it cost to have someone manage it for you. Here is the clear answer, no fine print.
The model: a commission, not a flat fee
In El Salvador, professional short-term rental management is charged as a commission on what your property earns, not as a fixed monthly fee. If the property does not produce, you do not pay a retainer. Destination.SV offers two plans calculated on revenue, Basic and Premium; the proposal is shared after evaluating each property.
What each plan includes
The Basic plan covers the entire digital side of the listing: a professional photo session with drone, Airbnb listing creation and optimization, dynamic pricing tuned with artificial intelligence, detailed income reports, and daily communication from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. with guests, staff and owners.
The Premium plan includes everything in Basic and adds on-site support: cleaning coordination and execution, basic maintenance and simple repairs, coordination of specialized work when needed, and follow-up with vendors and operating staff.
The costs the owner covers
Beyond the commission, you cover the property's basic utilities and pay directly for materials, parts, or specialized work not included in the commission. The model is built for owners who want income from their property without turning its management into a second job.
Why the commission works in your favor
Charging by commission aligns the incentives: the more your property earns, the better it goes for you and for whoever manages it. That is why prices are adjusted night by night based on demand, season and competition, and why an empty or mispriced night matters to everyone. Yours to own. Ours to run.
