How do they set prices?
A flat rate leaves money on the table. Look for dynamic pricing tuned with artificial intelligence by demand, season and competition, not a number nobody revisits.
How far does the physical service go?
Some companies handle only the digital side. Ask about cleaning at every turnover, supplies, maintenance and the handling of specialized work. Destination.SV's Premium plan coordinates and executes cleaning, covers basic maintenance and simple repairs, and coordinates specialized work with follow-up for vendors and operating staff. The owner pays directly for materials, parts, and specialized work not included in the commission.
How do they charge, and how transparent are they?
Charging a percentage of income aligns the incentives. Ask for detailed sales and income reports and the ability to block your calendar whenever you want. If the property is yours, you should see everything.
